You can use any size tank , its all about the lp pressure going into the heater . And the pressure and temp of the water going into the tank , to determine performance .
How long can this unit run? Until the propane is out? is this unit producing a constant temperature?
It will run as long as it has gas or propane supply and the hot water is turned on. It will give a constant temperature which also does not need set very high because its hot on demand. Will not run out of hot water with this tankless heater.
